Every day, UGO Salaterie prepares fresh, homemade soups, colourful salads and fresh drinks for you, made only from the finest ingredients. They use interesting and non-traditional ingredients as well as combinations of ingredients and flavours.
The menu is also adapted to the current season to guarantee the freshest meals containing the nutrients which the body needs most at any given time.
UGO has long been striving to reduce plastics and to engage in activities focused on ecology. In UGO Salaterie, we use proper glasses instead of plastic ones. If a customer comes with their own beverage container, UGO donates 1 CZK for each cup to the restoration of forests in the Czech Republic.
